Frontier Furniture Mfg. has been in business since 1964, started by Tony and Mary Muro, founders of the company. Now Mark, Eva, his wife, and sons have taken over the company. OUR PROCESS
Framing
First, we strip the piece, making sure the frame is strong and durable. We use hardwood to enhance the strength of the product, so it will last for many years.
Fill Up and Sewing
After we are done with the frame, we use a special foam to fill up the cushions to ensure nice and comfortable feeling. We use designers fabrics to cover the product according to the customer’s desire, and sew it with sewing techniques that have been passed in our family from generation to generation.
Final Product
Now that the product is ready, we make last finishes and clean ups and provide our customers with a new furniture to fit their expectations. Our process ends when our customers are satisfied.
